It is through changing people’s diets that a balance between supply and demand for food can be achieved ( 1 ). Try to have something containing vitamin C, such as a glass of fruit juice, with iron-rich meals. Louise kindly recorded a video for us discussing her experience at the retreat. The weight gain probability was an eye opener. this course was excellent in terms of presentation and explanetion.

If you have too much energy containing foods you will become overweight. A typical ratio might be 40 percent protein and 30 percent each of fats and carbohydrates, but the amounts could easily shift to 50 percent fats and as little as 10 percent carbohydrates depending on individual genetic requirements. But if I really have to decide, I enjoyed the tests and the assignments the most as it was challenging and fun. Great course - pleasantly surprised and found the self-assessment portions to be incredibly useful for gauging knowledge in the field.
